The Phillies have added three more bullpen arms, including a familiar veteran with pitchers and catchers set to report next Tuesday, re-signing Blake Parker to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.

Parker was picked up on waivers last July after starting the season as the Twins closer, where he notched a 4.21 ERA and 10 saves in 36 1/3 innings in Minnesota. In Philly, he had an impressive 31 strikeouts over 25 innings, but had a 5.04 ERA in 23 games.

The team also added right-handed pitchers Deolis Guerra off waivers from the Brewers and Anthony Swarzak, who pitched for the Mariners and Braves, to a minor league contracts with an invitation to spring training.

The 34-year-old Swarzak, had a 4.56 ERA in 53 1/3 innings of relief last season.

Guerra pitched last year at Triple-A San Antonio, in 74 MLB games, he has a 4.52 ERA in 95 2/3 career innings.
