Reportedly, a woman now revealed as 33-year-old Kiara Pierce of Sicklerville passed a note to a teller demanding money. In case you're unaware, tellers are trained to hand over the cash in an effort to avoid any injury to themselves, other employees, and customers. The woman took the cash and apparently drove off in her car.

Police did not reveal how much money Pierce demanded from the teller. The Deptford Township Police Department did, however, reveal that an officer on duty spotted a car that matched the description of the vehicle Pierce had gotten away in pretty close to the scene of the crime, so the officer pulled the car over for a traffic stop. In the midst of the stop, the officer was able to determine Pierce's identity and that it was she who was the suspect in the robbery.

According to a Facebook post published by the Deptford Police Department, multiple charges were filed against Pierce including theft, robbery, and terroristic threats. The post made by the department also reminds the public that everyone is presumed to be innocent until found guilty in court.
