Cops: Two People Found Dead Inside Lower Twp. Home

Authorities in Cape May County say an investigation continues after two people were found dead inside of a home Monday morning.

Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland's office says on Monday morning the Lower Township Police Department responded to a home on Cardinal Avenue to check on the well being of those inside. Upon arrival, officers found two dead individuals.

Detectives from the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and the Lower Township Police Department immediately responded and are still conducting an investigation.

Sutherland said in a press release that more information will be released once it is developed. He also stated that there is no threat to the public at this time.
