Dick’s Sporting Goods Changing Store Hours Due to Coronavirus
Many local sports are shutting down, but you will still be able to get your equipment to workout if you need to stay sharp.
Local sporting goods chain DICK'S, which has location in May Landing, and Vineland will be adjusting their hours due to the coronavirus.
Here is their statement:
At DICK’S Sporting Goods, the health and well-being of our customers and teammates is our top priority. We are actively monitoring updates regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are following precautions and guidelines provided by the CDC and public officials.
At this time, DICK’S Sporting Goods is here to serve all of your needs – whether in-store or online. Out of an abundance of caution, we, like many other retailers, have implemented several measures to protect the well-being of our customers and our teammates at our retail locations, distribution centers and corporate office.
We’re temporarily changing our store hours at all DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy and Field & Stream locations, starting 3/17/20 (check website for specific store hours or potential closings):
• Monday–Friday: 11AM–8PM
• Saturday: 10AM–8PM
• Sunday: 10AM–6PMAdditionally, in an effort to make shopping more convenient for those who do not wish to come inside the store, we’re implementing Curbside Contactless Pickup at all our DICK’S Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy locations during operating hours, effective 3/18/20.
Here’s how it works:
Shop. When shopping online, select 'pick up in store'.
Drive. Upon confirmation of order status, drive to your store and park along the curb at the main entrance.
Call. Call the store and select “0” to speak with a teammate; share your order details.
Deliver. A teammate will deliver the order to your vehicle.
Please note: Curbside Contactless Pickup will be available in all stores, including those that are temporarily closed.
As you would expect, we’re doing what we can to keep all of our locations safe. We’ve reduced store hours, which gives our teammates adequate time to properly clean the store, and we’re making hand sanitizers readily available.
We always work to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our customers and teammates. As we continue to closely track developments regarding COVID-19, our future decisions will be made with customers and teammates as our top priority.
