It’s Back! Galloway Township, New Jersey 4th Of July Parade Will Happen This Year
The cancelation trend of parades started this year when all St. Patrick Day parades around the state, including Atlantic City and North Wildwood, were called off due to the ongoing concerns of the coronavirus pandemic.
Originally the biggest 4th of July Parade in the state wasn't going to happen this year thanks to COVID-19 restrictions and safety protocols associated with the pandemic.
The parade planning takes two and a half months of advanced work and parade officials came to the conclusion the parade would not be feasible in 2021 thanks to covid concerns. The 2019 parade, was also canceled due to the same concerns.
Now comes the awesome news that the Galloway Township 4th of July Parade will indeed happen this year thanks to the easing of COVID restrictions The parade is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, July 3rd at 9 AM. The rain date is scheduled for July 10th.
