There are a lot of reasons to be frustrated about living in the Garden State, and look, I'm right there with you. Our property taxes are insanely high, for starters. Plus, our electric bills and our gas bills seem to go up and up every month, even though we all seem to be trying to use less gas and electricity. And you may feel like Jersey's overcrowded, and a place you need to get out of, but really, we should be grateful to call Jersey home.

Everywhere Has Issues, Not Just New Jersey
My career in radio has taken me all over the place, and let me tell you something, no matter where you go, property taxes go up, and utilities get more expensive every year everywhere. So, why not be thankful that at least we live in an amazing place?
New Jersey Is Just An Amazing Place To Call Home

Mad that your gas bill is going up? Hit the beach and relax, believe it or not, there are still a ton of free beaches you can visit in Jersey. Mad that your property taxes are going up? Grab a Pork Roll egg and cheese sandwich and take a deep breath while you enjoy some bay views. Every place has its faults, sure, but there's still no place I'd rather call home in 2026 than New Jersey.
