I can't imagine another place on the planet that has more Christmas spirit than we have here in New Jersey, but does some recent research prove that point or does it debunk it?

It seems like each year, the decorations for Christmas go up sooner and sooner, and they seem to get bigger and bigger, and brighter and brighter.

It also seems like the stores are busier than they've ever been, and the internet is so much slower during the holidays, that you have to imagine we are shopping up a storm.

So, I don't have any doubt that New Jersey has a ton of Christmas spirit just based on those few things, but in case you're wondering how our holiday spirit compares to the rest of the country, we found some research done by Get Century Link, and here's what we found out.

It turns out New Jersey seems to have a ton of Christmas spirit, or at least enough to get us into the top ten in the nation. So, we're not the state with the most Christmas spirit, but being #9 is not all that bad.

The really good news is that it seems like our Christmas spirit is growing here in the Garden State. We jumped twenty spots on the list in just one year. Who knows how high we will go when the research is done for 2023?

In case you were wondering, the state with the most Christmas spirit is New Hampshire, with Wisconsin just behind at #2.
