Is there anything better than grabbing your favorite meal from your favorite diner? Not in New Jersey, there isn't.

Who doesn't crave the nostalgic charm that comes with sitting down at your favorite local diner for some of the most delicious comfort food you'll find anywhere in the country? It's true what they say.... diners in New Jersey are like your Grandma's kitchen. They're simply the best meals if you want something homecooked but don't want to make it yourself.

Not only is the food delicious, but the portions are HUGE.

Anybody who has ever eaten at any of NJ's fabulous diners knows that to be fact. When you order a meal, you’re not just getting a snack. It's an entire meal, usually with sides. There's always plenty to take home, that's for sure.

Everybody has their favorite diner dish. That's especially true if you're a native New Jersey resident.

I grew up in Woodbury, a town in Gloucester County. The Colonial Diner was the go-to spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Bee Sting Wings at Colonial Diner are to DIE for. I'm not sure if it's all nostalgia or if I really do remember them tasting THAT delicious, but I'm pretty sure it's the latter.

There's an entire thread on Reddit dedicated to Colonial Diner's Bee Sting wings. The chokehold those wings had on all of us growing up, especially after a late night out, was something out of this world. You won't find them anywhere else

I've since moved away from Gloucester County, but I have to remember to make an effort to get back to the Colonial for the best hangover cure to ever exist: Colonial's Bee Sting wings.

Honey sweet yet spicy thanks to the buffalo sauce... you HAVE to try it.
