One Saturday afternoon, I took a drive over to Boscov's, looking for some Phillies gear for the team's NLCS series, and noticed a huge void.

The land where Towne 16 used to sit, which was torn down back in June of 2022, is sitting vacant - and it's pretty sad.

It got me thinking, about what could this area put there, that the surrounding communities would support, that we don't already have.

That area currently has Boscov's which is a department store, it is also home to Umi Sushi, which just recently opened to good reviews.  The Nizam's was voted the No. 2 restaurant in the state and is definitely worth a visit. Restaurant Depot and Proshot Pickleball are also where Burlington Coat Factory used to call home. Atlantic City Barstool Brothers Furniture & Design is in the location that used to be a T.G.I Friday's Restaurant. There is also a Jalapeanos Salas Company, AT&T Store, nail salon, and a Wells Fargo Bank that help bring traffic to the area.

The area is in a high volume spot, off Exit 36 off the Garden State Parkway, which according to reports gets about 40,000 cars passing by per day.

I'm looking at things that not only people would go to, but things that will also help the current surronding business listed above that occupy the land.

So what are some options for businesses that could use the currently vacant land? I promise you none of these options are a mattress store, a fast food restaurant or a Dollar Store.
