There's no shortage of craft beer options in New Jersey.

In fact, the most recent update lists over 120 breweries and brew pubs throughout the state, according to VisitNJ.org.

While the craft beer craze has become very popular, it's not quite popular enough to knock off the big commercial brands.

While I am a big fan of the local spots like Gusto, Slacktide, 3 Three's, Meyers Lighthouse, Somers Point Brewing Company, and The Seed, according to a recent report from Coffeeness, a review website for coffee products, the most popular beer brand in New Jersey is more commercial.

And it's one that I have actually seen made...in Dublin!

Guinness Tops the List: The Most Popular Beer in New Jersey

Guinness is the most popular beer brand in New Jersey, according to the Coffeeness report.

Only three states listed Guinness as their most popular beer brand: Georgia, South Carolina, and New Jersey.

Most Popular Beers by State: Miller Lite Dominates

The most popular overall beer brand?  Miller Lite, which was listed by 29 states and the District of Columbia. Coors Light was second with nine states and Guinness was third with three states.

Here is the full list for every state.

I went to the Guinness factory in Dublin, Ireland. Here are some of my pictures from the factory!
