MudHen Beach Baseball Tournament Returns to Wildwood for 11th Year
It's become a summer tradition on the Rio Grande Avenue beach in Wildwood, and for the 11th year, the MudHen Beach Baseball Tournament will be hosting 80 youth baseball teams from all over the region over the next two weekends.
The event, which was started by the city of Wildwood and was later taken over by MudHen in 2020, takes place right on the beach with the iconic Wildwood sign as the backdrop. Overall, five baseball diamonds are carved directly into the sand at the foot of Rio Grande Avenue, right next to the Wildwoods Convention Center and the boardwalk.
