In 2023, New Jersey had a significant median price increase in property values while the United States saw record highs in median housing sales. Last year, five New Jersey towns were on the list of the most expensive zip codes in the United States.

The latest data from Zillow has revealed that there are now eight New Jersey towns that rank among the most expensive home values in America.  Here are the towns that are now on the list:

With a $3,443,833 typical home value, Deal is now the 27th most expensive in America. Originally settled by Europeans in the 17th Century, one of New Jersey's Oldest Communities was ranked 70th Most Expensive Zip Code in America in 2023.

Ranked 51th most expensive home values in America, Alpine homes are currently evaluated at $2,821,657 in 2024. This Bergen County town runs along the Hudson River and is located near the New York State border, the town saw an increase of 35 percent in property prices from 2022 to 2023.
