Brewery in Buena Gets National Praise
A rising local brewery got some well-deserved national recognition.
According to USA TODAY 10 BEST, Buena Connection Brewing Company at 112 Wheat Road in Buena was recently nominated as one of the best new breweries in the country, honoring standouts that have opened since 2023.
A panel of beer experts selected their favorites, and now readers decide who makes the Top 10.
I recently checked Buena Connection out during a brewery tour with friends and had a great experience.
Operating out of what used to be a Nova Care gym, this family-owned brewery has quickly made a name for itself with multiple rooms, themes, and beers. The brewery specializes in a wide range of beers, from crisp lagers to hoppy IPAs.
What Makes the Buena Connection Experience Unique?

South Jersey residents have plenty of room to roam at Buena Connection Brewing Company, a colossal facility that debuted in 2025. While the patio and lawn games are a favorite for visitors, there's also a wide range of flavorful brews to sample during a visit, with flavor profiles spanning from crisp lagers to hoppy IPAs.
I have been to Buena at least three times and have really enjoyed the atmosphere. It has multiple vibes, with multiple rooms.
When you walk in, there is a tasting room that offers a great tap list, featuring a great IPA called The Backroads.
They have multiple rooms, like The Highline Room, The upstairs Mezzanine, which offers lounge-style seating with leather couches, offering a speakeasy feel. During the warmer spring and summer days, they have an outside area as well.
They are also a great location to host your Private Parties, have a big event space, and even host weddings. Their signature red car catches everyone's eye as soon as you enter the room.
