WPVI-TV reports the crash happened around 11 AM on Route 322 near Charry Lane when a marked police vehicle, which apparently had another vehicle stopped, and a Ford Escape collided.

The driver of the Escape was trapped for a period of time and then flown to an area hospital for treatment.

The two state troopers were also taken to an area hospital, but their injuries were reported to be less serious.

This is a developing story that will be updated when more information becomes available.
