Thomas J. Fox III of Absecon, NJ, Found Guilty

According to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, following a two-day trial, 60-year-old Thomas J. Fox III was found guilty on both counts of a two-count indictment for fourth-degree driving during license suspension for prior DUIs.

Authorities say on Valentine's Day 2018, a Galloway Township police officer conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 50.

The vehicle was driven by Fox and during the stop, he could not produce a valid driver's license.

A check of his name revealed that he had a suspended license for at least two prior DUIs.

Fox was subsequently charged by the Galloway Township Police Department and later indicted by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.
