Atlantic City, New Jersey native Craig Johnson has distinguished himself with two remarkable careers. Craig Johnson earned his induction. He is the former manager for his younger brother, the late Leavander Johnson. Leavander is the former IBF Lightweight Champion of The World in 2005.

Johnson's food and beverage pedigree is most impressive. He has worked at Hotel & prestigious hotels, casinos and restaurants. He trained under Certified Master Chef Gustav Mauler, who I worked with at the original Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.
