Pets Plus Rebranding, Moving at Festival at Hamilton Mays Landing

Mays Landing, N.J. — A well-known pet store in Mays Landing is getting a new name and moving to a different storefront inside the same shopping center, as a new gym prepares to move into nearby space.

Pets Plus Rebranding to NaturePet in Mays Landing

Pets Plus, located on the Black Horse Pike next to Acme at the Festival at Hamilton shopping center, will soon be known as NuturePet, according to signage posted at the store.

The store is also relocating just a short distance away -- about 150 feet, or two storefronts -- near Hibachi Grill and next to Waterfall Therapy.

The last major round of store moves in the shopping center came in 2017, when space was reconfigured for HomeGoods to open. That trend appears to be continuing in a smaller way.

WOLF Gym Set to Open in Former Joann Fabrics Space

WOLF Gym Mays Landing says it will soon open in the former Joann Fabrics storefront, right next to Pets Plus.

Leasing information from Regis Assets, which owns the shopping center, shows WOLF only occupying the former Joann space, while the current Pets Plus storefront is listed as "available."

WOLF is a gym chain with locations across South Jersey, including Absecon, Brigantine, Northfield, Sewell, and Mullica Hill, along with additional gyms in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Minnesota, and Utah.

The Festival at Hamilton has seen a steady stream of new businesses in recent months, including Zen Landing Wellness Studio and Electric Panther Tattoo, both located across from Dunkin’.
