Little Egg Harbor Police arrest five amid narcotics investigation in town
Little Egg Harbor Police have announced that they've arrested five area residents which comes at the end of a recent drug investigation.
The police department's Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant for a home on National Union Boulevard on Friday, after establishing probable cause for a warrant to do so, and when they went in, officers found undisclosed quantities of heroin, methamphetamine, oxycodone pills and distribution paraphernalia.
Little Egg Harbor Police patrol officers and Ocean County S.W.A.T. assisted in executing the warrant.
As a result of their findings and investigation five people, that live in either Little Egg Harbor or neighboring Tuckerton, are now facing charges/summonses for their alleged roles in the drug crimes.
Following her arrest, Yvonne Potts, 43, Little Egg Harbor was issued a summons for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Maintaining a Nuisance and was then released.
Following his arrest, Trevor Frank, 30, Tuckerton was charged on a warrant for three counts of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance with Intent to Distribute and was then brought to the Ocean County Jail.
Following his arrest, Darin McCormick, 32, Little Egg Harbor was issued a summons for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and was then released.
Following his arrest, Robert Guiendon, 32, Little Egg Harbor was issued a summons for Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and was then released.
Following her arrest, Pamela McCormick, 55, Tuckerton was issued a summons for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and was then released.
