Middle Township Police turned a township boy's 10th birthday party into an unforgettable moment by surprising him by showing up at the party and bringing the boy gifts.

According to a Facebook post, Middle Township Police were honored to receive an invitation to attend a birthday dinner for Jace Suarez on Saturday night.

The dinner, held at Claudio's Pizza Kitchen in Cape May Court House, was to celebrate Jace's10th birthday.

Jace had no idea that members of the Middle Township Police would be coming to his birthday dinner.

Several members of the police force came and surprised Jace with presents, including his own Middle Township Police shirt.

Can you imagine how exciting it must have been to have police officers unexpectedly show up at your 10th birthday party?  What a cool thing to do!

One photo on the Facebook post shows Jace getting a ride in a Middle Township Police car after dinner.

The social media post says Jace had a great time.

This was a surprise for Jace, and I think the officers did an amazing job pulling it off. I think it’s safe to say Jace had an amazing time, as well as all the officers.

Many people have responded to the Facebook post by saying this is just another example of the fine job Middle Township Police do on a regular basis.
