There's a shop in New Jersey serving pork roll and French toast-flavored ice cream and I'm already planning my visit.

I can already taste the salty and sweet goodness on my lips. And, I gotta say, for what's it's made from, it's a nice looking ice cream!

Now, Windy Brow Farms in Fredon, Sussex County, identifies one of the ice cream's main ingredients as Taylor ham, but they're in NORTH JERSEY, so, ya know, they don't know any better, lol (no offense).

But I don't care what they call it because it looks DELICIOUS.

And, while I think this would make a perfect Fourth of July Weekend road trip, you don't have to rush. Windy Brow Farms managing partner Jake Hunt, who brought the flavor back by popular demand, tells NJ.com“We’ll have it probably through September, or until I get sick of making it."

Mouth watering yet? It's made from real Taylor ham (PORK ROLL!), plus pieces of French toast, and maple syrup.

The walk-up ice cream window at Windy Brow Farms, at 359 Ridge Rd. in Fredon Township, is open 11:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday through Sunday.

And, Windy Brow doesn't just create ice cream. Check out their website for more delectable treats.
