Authorities say a 16-year-old has been charged with murdering a 17-year-old man from Millville late last week.

Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae says the 16-year-old from Vineland was charged with first degree murder Tuesday in the death of Jason Jones of Millville.

The name of the juvenile was not released. NJ.com reports the teen is currently being housed in Atlantic County’s juvenile detention center on related weapons offenses.
