The Camden County Prosecutor's office along with the Stratford Police Department, have announced the arrest of Joshua Clark on a host of charges led by the alleged rape of a woman he met on an online dating app.

According to a release from the Camden County Prosecutors office, this past July, Stratford police responded to a 9-1-1 call by a woman who claimed she had been drugged and raped at a residence in Stratford, New Jersey.

A joint investigation that included detectives from the Camden County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit, and the Stratford Police Department, revealed that the victim had met Joshua Clark on an online dating app.

The victim while on a date at Clark's residence reportedly consumed a drink prepared by Clark, and shortly thereafter lost consciousness.  When the victim awoke, she alleges that she was being sexually assaulted by Clark.

A search warrant executed at Clark's residence led detectives to a half once of Methamphetamine, one Anesket bottle that contained a clear liquid as well as drug paraphernalia.  Prosecutors say,

"Joshua Clark was charged with one count each of 1st degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, 3rd degree Tampering with a Food Product, 3rd degree Possession of Methamphetamine, 2nd degree Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, 3rd degree Possession of Anesket (Ketamine), and 3rd degree Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a School. Clark was arrested and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility pending a detention hearing."
