Officials say a NJ man built a library of information for terrorists that included details about making suicide vests, detonators and timers, and improvised bombs.
Ahmed Mahgoub, of East Hanover, was sentenced to five years in state prison, for owning a school bus company that hired unqualified drivers and kept unsafe buses.
