With an announcement made Wednesday by Gov. Phil Murphy during a coronavirus press briefing, more schools in New Jersey may choose to begin the 2020-2021 academic year online only.
After surveying parents and teachers, on Wednesday the Margate Board of Education released their plan for returning to school for the 2020-2021 school year.
Because no one is really sure what the pandemic will look like in two months, the New Jersey Education Association is one of several groups backing a "National Call to Action."
It seems unrealistic for most schools to have all students in attendance and meet social distancing rules. Hybrid approach with some virtual learning likely.
