We all know about THE Statue of Liberty. She stands tall in New York Harbor overlooking New York City. (From really, really close to New Jersey.)

Did you know, though, that there are two Statues of Liberty in the city of Vineland, in Cumberland County?

Nope, neither did I!

The two statues are less than two miles apart, with one on public property, the other in a private home's backyard.

According to Roadside America, the "Tiny Folk Art Lady Liberty" is located on 7th Street at the Vineland Historical and Antiquarian Society. (That's her above.) This handmade, cement statue has been overlooking the 7th and Elmer intersection since 1962. Have you ever noticed it as you drove by?

The other Statue of Liberty, according to Roadside America, sits on private property, on top of a gazebo in the backyard of a home, known as the George Arbuckel house. It was built "by a plumber who added numerous fountains and statuary" to the property including Lady Liberty. Her photo can be found in the Facebook post:

The statue is not visible from the road, although we understand if you look over a nearby fence, you can see it. More about the Arbuckle home's statue can be found at WeirdNJ.com.

Cumberland County has quite a bit of unique history. We've recently published articles about the country's first Vietnam War Memorial, in Millville, and about the Cumberland County town that got bombed during World War Two.

PICTURES: See Inside Miranda Lambert's Rural Tennessee Estate

Miranda Lambert paid $3.4 million in 2016 for her rural estate an hour south of Nashville, which comprises 400 acres of lush green farmland. The property includes rolling hills, rustic living spaces and an enormous horse barn, as well as three residences, a lake with a boathouse and a six-bay garage. There are 75 acres of fenced-in pastureland, as well as lighted walking trails that wind through the woods leading to a pavilion, with seating for 60 for private concerts.

Kane Brown sold this Nashville-area home for $900,000 in October 2020. Prior to selling the house, he actually let Jason Aldean and his wife rent it while they built their new house.

LOOK: How Halloween has changed in the past 100 years

Stacker compiled a list of ways that Halloween has changed over the last 100 years, from how we celebrate it on the day to the costumes we wear trick-or-treating. We’ve included events, inventions, and trends that changed the ways that Halloween was celebrated over time. Many of these traditions were phased out over time. But just like fake blood in a carpet, every bit of Halloween’s history left an impression we can see traces of today.
