1- Indoor Auto Racing Championship  returns to Boardwalk Hall for the NAPA Auto Parts Atlantic City Indoor Races.

The Three Quarter Midget race cars will headline the program with high-speed excitement competing on a speedway set-up on the concrete floor of the arena. The wild and crazy Slingshots and Champ Karts will make up the triple-header program.

Racing action Friday at 7:30pm, Saturday at 7pm. On Saturday doors open at 5 p.m. for Fan Fest on the speedway. All cars competing in the program will be positioned on the speedway and drivers made available for autographs until 6:15 pm.

2- Ladies of the 80’s featuring Taylor Dance, Jody Watley and Lisa Lisa will perform at Tropicana Atlantic City’s Showroom on Saturday, 2/ 1.

Grammy Award winning Jody Watley, the Chicago native known for her hit "Looking for a New Love", Jody's eclectic repertoire ranges from pop, R&B, hip-hop, house to jazz music.

Lisa Lisa’s first two albums both went Platinum.producing hits such as “I Wonder If I Take You Home” and “All Cried Out”.

Taylor Dayne's career spans three decades. Taylor’s groundbreaking 1987 debut single “Tell It to My Heart” turned her into an overnight, international star. She followed it with “Love Will Lead You Back,” “Prove Your Love” and “I’ll Always Love You.”

3- Soup-er Bowl Soup events: Atlantic Christian Academy's Bowls of Hope is a soup cook-off event now in its 7th year as a fund-raiser. Proceeds will benefit Atlantic Christian School and the Atlantic City Rescue Mission. 6-8pm Sat. 2/1 at the school, 391 Zion Road in EHT.

Cape Christian Academy's "Souper Bowl Saturday" runs from noon-3pm Sat. 2/1 and features a soup, chili and chowder cook-off and benefits the school's scholarship fund, 10 Oyster Road, Cape May Court House, (609) 465-4132

4- South Vineland Indoor/Outdoor Yard Sale, 9am-1pm Sat. 2/1 with vintage and antique dealers, South Vineland United Methodist Church, 2724 South Main Road, on the corner of Sherman Ave, 856-696-1044

5- Hard Rock Atlantic City presents Classic Albums Live, performing Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers – "Damn The Torpedoes" note for note, cut for cut, Fri. 1/31 in Sound Waves
