Laurel Springs Man Charged With Luring 12-year-old EHC Girl

A Laurel Springs man has been charged with endangering and luring a 12-year-old girl from Egg Harbor City.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced Wednesday that 23-year-old Henry Merton has been charged with endangering (3rd degree), endangering (1st degree), and luring (2nd degree).

Merton’s arrest stemmed from a long investigation by the ACPO Special Victims Unit. The Egg Harbor City Police Department assisted in the investigation.
