A new study out in the journal Scientific Reports finds that coffee may help in weight loss. How you ask? According to the findings coffee can stimulate "brown fat" — the fat in your body that keeps you warm by burning calories.

Just like exercise and good sleep, caffeine can also help burn calories. Experts say 3 cups of coffee a day is the ideal amount and they add that "more" is not better.

Experts also add that some recommend that you don't drink "caffeinated" coffee past 1 pm .... otherwise it could effect sleep.
