In January 2022, detectives from the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, along with members of the Division of Criminal Justice, Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations-Newark Division began investigating Adair for possession of child sexual abuse material after receiving referrals from other law enforcement agencies.
