Watch Galloway Mom Tell Son She Ate All His Halloween Candy
Every year at Halloween, Jimmy Kimmel challenges parents to tell their children that they ate all of the kids' Halloween candy and to record their reaction on video.
Kimmel takes some of the best reactions posted and shows clips on his late night talk show.
Meghan Stamelos, from Galloway, took Kimmel up on his challenge with her 5-year-old son, Declan, and his reaction is precious and older than his years.
"Hey, I gotta tell you something, but I don't want you to be mad," said mom.
"Are you gonna be mad at me?" added Meghan.
"Firstly, just tell me. I might. I don't know," said Declan.
"So last night after you went to bed, me and daddy were
really hungry. We ate all your Halloween candy.
"You shouldn't eat the food in the trick-or-treat. You should eat the food in the fridge," responded Declan.
Mom finally lets Declan in on the joke and he asks why she tricked him.
"This guy named Jimmy Kimmel told me to do it," Meghan responded.
"I'm mad at you Jimmy Kimmel," said Declan.
